A. Keys glowed with joy as she presented her first Broadway play, Stick Fly, at Cort Theatre in New York City last night. The cool thing about this accomplishment is that Alicia was more hands-on with this play than most expected. She played the role of composer and producer! Go girl!
Alicia was supported by her husband Swizz Beatz, Taraji P. Henson, Tracee Ellis Ross and many more.
Alicia talked about the family-geared production:
“It’s about the human experience, so it doesn’t matter how you look, where you’re from, where you grew up. Life is hilarious, life is serious, life is outrageous, and that’s what this play is.”
