You can just see the pain on Mel B's face in this picture! Looks like her little one will be making a guest appearance VERY soon! She was photographed this morning in Beverly Hills heading to Cedars-Sinai Hospital.Right before that she was seen tweeting how she couldn't sleep:
“can’t sleep arrrhhhh!!!! gonna go to my kitchen and eat,that always helps!!! in LA right now it’s 413am.”
