Typically, we can always expect something hilarious yet catchy from Soulja Boy, but man did he make a turn for the worst this time. In one of the rapper's latest songs "Let's Be Real," he has caused major controversy between himself and those that protect our country.
The uproar has started over Soulja's offensive lines..
"F**k the FBI and the army troops ... fighting for what? B*tch be your own man... I'll be flying through the clouds with green like I'm Peter Pan."
Wow.
Retired Marine Fred A. Flores stated, "It's a very
offensive statement..especially with the 10th anniversary of 9/11 coming up.He should apologize to ALL armed forces."
According to TMZ, Flores also commented, "The rap is very irresponsible, especially for a person who is an entertainer for the youth of our country."
There is still no comment from Soulja Boy or his rep. If it wasn't obvious before, Soulja may be feelin' himself a little too much now days.
