"Can I get uh number 9 with a large fry and diet coke please?"... Hmm, sound familiar? With McDonald's right around every corner, it's kind of hard to dodge them. It's even more difficult if you're trying to watch what you eat. Stopping at a fast food joint doesn't necessarily have to be about the burgers and fries, but potentially healthier options. When you're on-the-go, you would be surprised with what you can substitute for the Big Mac. And that diet coke doesn't make a difference. Take a look:
2. Choose the grilled chicken over fried, breaded chicken.
3. Get soft tacos instead of hard, crispy ones.
4. Keep the sauce and dressings on the side or scrape off as much as possible.
What are some of your ways to avoid all the extra grease, calories, and carbs at fast food restaurants?
