This dress definitely deserves a YAY! Beyoncé was spotted wearing this twice first in June when leaving France and twice in New York while strolling with hubby Jay Z in the park. LaLa was spotted wearing the dress in Mexico while on vacation with hubby Carmelo & son Kiyan! Question is even though we give the dress a YAY...who do you think wore it better?!!?
