J. Cole rockets to No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with 218,000 copies sold in the first week with his hit album Cole World: The Sideline Story that is filled lyrics based around career struggles, love tuffles, and character tug-of-wars that are relateable to almost everyone.
A few of Cole's newest honors include:
*Biggest debut by a new artist this year
*Highest sales week for a newcomer since Nicki Minaj’s Pink Friday
*Biggest digital album debut from a new artist since January 2010.
Cole told his beloved twitter followers:

No chart topping single, just 2 years of hard work, great music and real a** fans. #1 album.
