So I heard about the makings of this commercial on E! News about a week ago but had yet to catch the actual commercial on T.V. It's Revlon's new mascara commercial starring Jessica Biel and Pharrell. I must say only Pharrell could be smooth in a mascara commercial.. LOL. Take a peak at it below..
